Each class lasts 1 hour in groups of 8 people maximum. The course is based on part applied theory and part practice. The basic gestural technique focuses on the types of grip depending on the rock or the holds and the position of the body, on the static and dynamic movements to advance and the heel.
Then we'll move on to bouldering and work on maximal strength and endurance while hanging. Apart from showing you how to warm up and specifically train the muscles to perform climbing correctly and without injuries.
The classes will be taught in a month and you will have more than enough knowledge to do and advance on your own in indoor climbing.
