Want to try climbing? In this initiation course to sport climbing that we will teach in the province of Tarragona, you will have your first contact with a sport that could become your greatest hobby. We warn you that it can get you hooked!
With a climbing sports technician as a teacher, you will enjoy 2 intense days, with classes for 8 hours per day, in which you will fully enjoy of climbing, a sport that currently has overwhelming success.
In dynamic and enjoyable classes, we will teach you all the necessary techniques to enjoy a day of climbing, with all the technical material that we will provide you with such as ropes, harness, carabiners or safety helmet.
You will learn to interpret climbing guides, to orient yourself in the field, all the levels and degrees of climbing that exist, to properly use all technical and safety equipment, belaying and other basic skills. This way you will begin to have all the tools to go out and practice later on your own.
We will teach the course in different areas, according to the students' requests we can go to Mussara, Margalef, Tivissa, Montserrat or Els Ports de Tortosa.
We advise you to bring: comfortable and appropriate clothing and footwear for each season of the year, drinks, and energy foods such as cereal bars, fruit or nuts.
We will also give you a photo report with all the snapshots of your experience!
