The course has 4 sessions of 2 hours each, with a total of 8 hours in total. Sufficient duration to acquire the knowledge and skills to become an independent climber .

We work on both indoor and outdoor climbing techniques.

We train top rope climbing and we also explain everything about climbing safety, how to improve your technique. etc.
