Ready to enter a world of adrenaline and excitement? Sign up for this rock climbing baptism and live the experience of climbing on a natural wall. You will learn with an expert climbing instructor who will explain the basic principles of this extreme sport in an approximate time of 4 hours.

The activity will take place in the natural environment of Gelida. For this activity you will not need experience or a specific age. Therefore, it is perfect if you want to spend a sports day outdoors with your children, friends, etc.

Among the main things you will learn is to minimize the risk by adopting appropriate security measures. You will learn in detail the materials used in this type of ascent (climbing shoes, harness, ropes...) and, of course, some of the techniques that will propel you to reach the summit.

In short, you will understand when you should use each technique!

*We provide you with all the material. We need groups of minimum 4 and maximum 6 participants.
