Welcome to SUP Gower located on the Gower peninsula Swansea, Wales. We offer Stand Up Paddle boarding, the newest watersport that is all the rage! A versatile sport, paddle boarding can prove to be a relaxing activity or an adrenaline filled session in the waves.
Paddleboarding is a great way to get in shape as vigorous paddling is a brilliant cardiovascular work-out. As an activity that is easy to pick up, with most being able to get a hold of the necessary skills in 15.
We offer the following paddleboarding sessions and lessons:
- 2 hour Learn to paddleboard session
- 2 hour Stand up paddleboard Gower coastal cruises
- 2 hour Stand up paddleboard wave sessions
- 1 hour Private 1-2-1 lesson
