For two hours, you'll have an introductory session given by one of your professional instructors. Some of the basics we will cover are:

Our goal is to provide a distraction from daily routines, technology and stress. You can come with your friends or your family. We will be more than happy to suit the session according to your needs and preferences. Equipment such as the board and paddle are included in this session.
