The Sunrise SUPer in Sardinia offers everyone exciting sup tours to discover the Sardinian territory, with its crystal clear waters and fauna and flora that distinguish it all to be discovered.
The SUP training excursions offered by Sunrise SUPe r start on the beach of Cala Girgolu or Porto San Paolo but also from Porto Istana or from the beautiful Cala Moresca or other locations always in the north-east Sardinia , depending on your comfort
We will start with a basic Stand UP Paddle lesson on the beach, and then continue on an excursion on the SUP boards.
We will refine the paddling technique, discovering the breathtaking scenery that our coasts and our Sardinian sea offer us.
We will enjoy the experience, one of a kind, for the love of sport, fun, greenery, relaxation and above all adventure.
In our Tours, we will offer you a mini snack as well as some tours where we offer fun water games with a final surprise.
