The duration of this SUP Sardinia activity is 2.30 hours / 3 hours. It is necessary to show up 40 minutes before the start of the activity.

Our team awaits you in the north of Sardinia to show you the beauty of the beaches with crystal clear waters while we teach you the basic techniques of SUP, a sport that you will love from the beginning.
We have different itineraries, we can visit Cala Girgolu, Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo, Cala Moresca and other locations all spectacular scenarios that we want you to discover.
Our staff of certified instructors will introduce you to Stand-Up Paddle boarding, an ideal water sport for learning to feel yourself and the rhythm of the waves of the sea which is always full of life.
The activity is organized specifically for children up to 6 years old, who must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will ride on the same board during the 3 hour session.
The facility will provide you with all the material you need, including the board, the leash and the dry bag where you can keep all the personal items you want to take with you. If you want to have a life jacket you must explicitly ask for it.
There are two different shifts, one at 8.00 and one at 18.00. You can choose whatever you want! A break will be offered, which can be breakfast in the morning or an afternoon snack.
