Ocean Tribe Watesport Center

The Ocean Tribe Watersport Centerwas born in Alghero in the spring of 2002, filling a void in the panorama of sports offers on the Coral Riviera.

The Watersport Center offers, starting from early April, windsurfing courses for beginners, improvement and advanced, also providing the equipment rental service.

Affiliated to the VDWS Federation, the school, in addition to issuing international patents, offers a range of truly exclusive offers: from storage to an insurance policy for students, up to the use of video footage to facilitate the correction of errors.

But the adventure of windsurfing is not just reserved for adults: the strong point of the Ocean Tribe Watersport Center is the offer of courses dedicated to children starting from the seventh year of age.

The little surfers, who will have at their disposal materials (boards, sails, wetsuits) specifically designed for their needs, will be able to learn a new sport while having fun in maximum safety. Lessons are held in Italian and English.

In addition to windsurfing, in recent seasons emphasis has been given to Kayaking, with rental and excursions activities, and since 2010 among the first in Sardinia at the S.U.P. (stand up paddle).

The S.U.P will be the great protagonist of next summer: at the school it will be possible to sign up for introductory courses, rent equipment and take part in a rich program of excursions to discover the protected marine area of Capo Caccia.
