Canyoning consists of descending sections of rivers where natural formations create routes where we can find all kinds of obstacles. From impressive waterfalls, slides and meanders to formations of whirlpools or washing machines created by the force that water can carry.

And to go through all that has been said, how do we do it? Different techniques are used for each obstacle, we will have to rappel down waterfalls, jump into pools full of water, slide down slides and endless challenges ensuring a spectacular day.

It is the jumping modality par excellence for all audiences since no prior training or skills are necessary.

It consists of performing jumps in a pendular way, that is, when jumping off a bridge, after a few seconds the ropes catch us absorbing the fall and moving us completely to the opposite side of the bridge performing the pendulum movement .
We can jump in many ways, such as head, backwards or more impressive jumps performing somersaults, for the demands of each jumper.
