Resumen Barranquismo
Valid for adults and children. This sport will make you enjoy nature while you walk, jump, swim or rappel. Come with your family or with your group of friends.
Due to the conditions in our area, we offer a lot of variety and fun for our clients when it comes to canyoning. Rapids, slides and jumps into crystal clear waters will predominate. The expeditions we offer you are:
-Ventano del Diablo: Without a doubt, the most famous ravine in Cuenca. Valid for canyoning beginners and with a minimum age of 8 years. This route will have slides and some rocks with spectacular jumps. The difficulty is adaptable depending on the participant. It can be done throughout the year with a duration of about 3 hours.
-Poyatos (Arroyo de la dehesa): to practice in spring with a duration of four hours. Minimum age of 12 years. One of the most technical and beautiful routes in the Serranía with rappels of up to 15 meters. For people with a fast pace level.
-La Hoz Somera (Santa Cristina): perfect place to visit after the rains. Three-hour activity for people who have already practiced canyoning before. This tour contains about 10 rappels, some descents and jumps of interest.
-Majadas:with jumps, 10 rappels and some climbing down. Ideal for after rain and with a greater water flow. Minimum age of 10 years and with a medium/high level of difficulty.
-Portilla (The Gollizno Strait): short but very beautiful crossing. 7 rappels less than 12 meters high. Minimum age of 10 years and medium level difficulty.
All our activities will last between 1 and a half and 3 hours, and will be one hundred percent safe, thanks to our fantastic team of experienced instructors in this sport. Don't think twice and come and have a unique adventure.
Resumen Kayaks
Furthermore, what gives a special character to this entire natural area is the confluence with the Guadiela River. Sailing like this, surrounded by places where animal life proliferates, is an indescribable sensation for adults and children.
We are also aware that not all types of public come looking for the same thing, which is why our itineraries take place in waters:
- Bravas: If you are adults or come with children over 9 years old, we will face the highest flow part of the river for 3 hours. It takes place in Guadiela.
- Fast: if we want less intensity than in the previous option, we will stay in the Júcar to navigate for 2 hours. Thanks to these characteristics, the minimum age to participate is reduced to 7 years.
- Calm: we free ourselves from all tension to take a quiet walk taking advantage of the fact that we are in the Serranía de Cuenca Natural Park. Just by being 5 years old it is already possible to get into the kayak. The activity is planned for a couple of hours.
Resumen Piragüismo
- For children from 5 years old: we will begin a tour, always staying in areas where the waters remain calm, from La Toba with a time of around 120 minutes. In this case the objective is simply to delight in what will surround us as we advance without further pressure for the young participants.
- For children from 7 years old: they are still small, yes, but we don't want them to get bored while they are on the boats. That's why for them and for those of you who want a little more action, without going to the extreme, we propose a walk through what we call "rapid waters" in the Júcar.
- For those over 9 years old: we go to Guadiela looking for an increase in current that allows us to experience the river. For 2 hours we will paddle through white waters.
Resumen Escalada
You will be able to demonstrate your skill, your balance, your strength and your spirit of sacrifice and improvement in an environment with incredible limestone rocks.
To do this we will go to the Parque Narural de la Serranía de Cuenca, just 34 kilometers from the capital, and a perfect place to climb the mountains and enjoy the views from above. Every climber knows how important the reward of good views is after such a great effort, and in this place the landscape is a true natural treasure.
You will descend vertical surfaces, in areas where descending is the least complicated and at the same time the safest way. Our fantastic team of monitors will make you feel comfortable at all times. They are qualified and you won't have to worry about anything except having a good time.
Whether you are a beginner or an expert, this is the experience you have been waiting to do all year. You can come independently, with friends, with family, with the company or on a school excursion.
Valid in all seasons of the year.
Resumen Espeleología
It takes place in cavities of karst origin, that is, territories excavated by water currents in massifs of soluble rocks such as limestone.
In order to adapt to all levels, we offer the possibility of carrying out speleotours at both initiation level, medium level, medium-high level and high level.
At all times you will have our team of professional monitors who will know your possibilities better than you. They won't force you to do anything you want, but they will know what is within your capabilities.
Our caves:
-Tío Manolo Cave:very practical for groups that have never practiced caving. We will find various formations where the large dimensions of the main gallery of the cave and its evacuation of water from the wood mill stand out.
-Cueva de la Ramera: for small groups that have already practiced this discipline at some time where the narrow areas will stand out with the reward of seeing formations and fossil chambers that will have been worth the effort. It is one of the most mythical caves in the province. Inside there lives a colony of bats that will be disturbed as little as possible.
-Cueva de los Moros: a very useful area to start caving that has only one narrow passage that everyone can do. We can see all types of formations such as stalactites, stalagmites or lava flows. This route can be simplified if participants prefer.
-Boquerón Cave: This is the most traveled cave in Cuenca, specialized for groups that have already practiced caving due to its higher level of difficulty. The groups will wear neoprene because there will be sections that they will have to swim across.
Resumen Paintball
Our facilities located in the town of Uña, make the Serrania de Cuenca Natural Park available to you to run, hide and shoot with your group of friends. Our town is only 34 kilometers from the capital.
The activity is designed for groups of a minimum of 8 people who will have the choice between 100 balls or 400 balls.
Among the games you can choose from will be:
-Team fight: both sides face each other until none of the other group's members remain. Participants will be eliminated from the field depending on whether they are hit by one of the opponents.
-Capture the flag: the enemies will try to lower your flag and conquer it without being hit so that you cannot take them off the field.

Resumen Vía Ferrata
With Uñaventura you have the safest and most challenging routes at the same time in the Cuenca mountain range on the via ferrata of Priego. We accompany you with qualified mountain guides who will be in charge of introducing the whole family to this activity.
One of the advantages of this part of the province is that it allows us to choose between two sections suitable for different types of public:
- Short part of the Priego Via Ferrata: technically it is identified with a level k3 that would correspond to a difficulty close to medium. However, we should not back down because it presents a route so simple that children as young as 7 years old can do it. We will spend around 2 hours passing through its bridges and challenges.
- Normal k4 itinerary: which invites us to finish the entire ferrata for which we can spend up to 4 hours. Due to the physical demands that this entails and the steps it presents, we recommend it from the age of 12.
These locations are less than 60 minutes from the towns of Cuenca and Uña. You can come and try throughout the year and if you do so in groups of more than 8 people we will give you a discount on the general rate. We will also take photos and videos of the best moments that you have shared with us in the natural environment.

Large group and lack of transportation from the meeting point to the site of the activity. Correct the meeting location on Google maps, or delete it. -

A very fun experience. Easy access and a natural environment of great beauty.
The monitors warned us of each incident that we could find and how to overcome it. Very professional and friendly.
It does not take a great physical form, but with the jumps (optional) you can download the adrenaline you want. -
