An award-winning company, we have 30 years of experience in the field. The founders, Ashley Hone, Rachel Mayhew and Richard Hanbury have a passion for nature, sport and, of course and above all, for coasteering. We have built a team that follows the Royal Yachting Association's best practices, rules and training in order to provide only the best sessions.

But we have to mention one additional element that makes us different and special. That would be the land- and water-scapes where we hold our sessions. This is the English Riviera, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Jurassic Coast. Apart from the geology and beauty of the area, it's a wonderful place to eat fresh fish, caught in the best fishing waters in the country.

Our coasteering sessions are great for people who want to come on their own or in a group and are a great opportunity to jump, swim and climb in a land of dreams.

As we know how important sport is to develop ourselves, we love combining the most popular and breathtaking areas (we have the English Riviera Global Geopark) with innovative sessions and excursions.

Well, our instructors are professionals who hold different certificates and titles like the important Royal Yachting Association (RYA) qualifications, which guaranteesthat our coaches have top-level training and follow the safety rules that we all need to enjoy kayaking.

At Reach Outdoors, we believe in heading out into the wild, but we also have room for indoor sessions. When the sun doesn't shine, when we're short or time, or when we want to hone and train our skills, we go to the indoor climbing wall.

Where are our sessions held? At Parkfield, a facility in Paignton built to offer the best climbing and bouldering experiences to young people and to adults who want to get active. To get here, you only need to follow the B3201 from Paignton and, in a few minutes, you'll be arriving!

What can you find here with us? As our company's founders have 30 years' experience leading adventure activities, they know what climbers are looking for. You will find great installations at Parkfield, where you can enjoy the 18 roped routes that are available and different walls where you can have a go at 60 different climbing routes.

In addition, you can choose private sessions with your own coach, sessions for two with your own training or a beginners course to conquer all your fears. As we take safety and our work seriously, we follow recommendations and rules by the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (the famous NICAS), so we guarantee that, whatever your abilities, you will feel comfortable and you will learn some tips to find your own climbing style.

At Reach Outdoors, we believe in nature, people and sport. These three ingredients find their place in Torbay, South Devon. Because of our love for sport, we couldn't avoid providing fantastic paddleboarding experiences and, above all, offering these sessions in the best place: Torbay or, as it's known, the English Riviera. Many places mentioned in her novels are set here and she often found inspiration in this incredible region to write!

You can arrive in this part of England by train. Taking London as our departure city, you have to take the train at London Paddington until you get to Paignton. There are more than a hundred trains operating every week that can get you here! Otherwise, if you prefer driving, it's only a 3-hour journey and you can use that time to listen to an audiobook - don't forget that Christie was born on the English Riviera!
