That’s why we offer 1.5-hour indoor climbing sessions for beginners. This session is for one or two adults (16 or above) with little or no previous experience of climbing.
You will enjoy the activity at the climbing wall in Parkfield, Paignton. Here, we provide more than 10 roped ascents and many different bouldering walls to put your body to the test. We have great instructors that will help you get comfortable and familiar with climbing techniques.
You don’t need to bring anything except ordinary workout clothes or active wear. We will give you climbing shoes and chalk. Climbing is an excellent sport for staying fit and healthy, giving you both a cardio and a muscular workout.
We follow the guidelines by the National Indoor Climbing Award Scheme (NICAS) and we keep changing the harnesses and ropes in order to guarantee their quality.
