Within our offer there are full-day or half-day activities in special places in rural areas and courses, where more attention is paid to the teaching of exercise. The latter may be individual and be within three levels to choose from: initiation, advanced or perfection.

As a requirement, we ask that our participants be over 8 years old and that they come with comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear with good soles. We provide the rest of the technical and safety material.

This time we bring you a very mythical one here: surfing. An exercise that draws many enthusiasts to the beaches every year. And there is no better way to enjoy the salt waters and its waves than with a surfboard.

In our center we have a whole fleet of boards so you can take yours and accompany us to one of the activities we lead. You will only have to bring your swimsuit and a willingness to have fun, since, of course, we also give you the neoprene and the rest of the material.

Depending on your level we will put you in one or another group. And before jumping into the sea, the qualified monitor will give you a short theoretical class on the sand and you will do an initial warm-up. Then comes the excitement: you will have to rest your torso on the board, gain momentum by paddling with your limbs and, when the time comes, stand up on the board and maintain your balance to ride the waves.
