Descend the river at full speed in a very fun activity. At Escuela Asturiana we want to offer you a rafting descent so that you can enjoy the speed while having a great time aboard an inflatable raft.

The descent will take place in one of the wildest stretches of the Sella River, a perfect river for any type of water sport and especially for rafting. This activity is for a minimum of 6 people since our rafts have a capacity for 6, 8 or 10 sailors. If there are more of you, you can come up to a maximum of 50 people and we will prepare a special descent.

It is not necessary to have done rafting before to do this activity, but we do ask that you know how to swim and stay in the water with ease. If you meet this requirement, don't wait any longer and ask us for all the information you need so you can enjoy the descent with us.

Do you want to discover the depths of the earth? Feel like a true explorer with the caving activity we have prepared for you.

We will go down into the limestone caves of the easternmost part of Asturias. There we will investigate all the underground galleries, allowing ourselves to be surprised by the incredible stalagmites and stalactites that appear before our eyes. We will also see underground rivers and the result of their erosion in the cave.

You will be able to enjoy a surprising rocky forest that we will investigate at different levels.
Basic level: this route will be done without ropes or complicated jumps. You will walk through simple galleries while enjoying the formations around you.

Deep level: for the most daring, we have prepared a ride in which you will have to descend using ropes, make small jumps and navigate slopes full of charm.

From the moment you enter the cave you must wear a protective helmet with lighting and a jumpsuit that you put on over your clothes. The clothes you come with must be comfortable so you can move easily and the footwear must be mountain type so that the soles do not slip.

We all know how impressive the Asturian landscape is. Being in this place and not doing any of the many sporting adventures it offers is almost a sin. With the excitement we feel towards these exercises and how much we know they are enjoyable, at Escuela Asturiana we have prepared various Kayak routes so that you can experience fantastic sensations with us. br />
With our boats and our paddles, you can paddle far away, surrounding yourself with every stretch of nature. We always leave from Arriondas, which is the town where we are located. The navigation possibilities are as follows:

• Sea kayak: this is a journey guided by an instructor through areas between Llanes, Lastres and Ribadesella. The duration is at least 2 hours.
• Descent of the Sella by Kayak: reach Llovio and you have the possibility of traveling 7, 11 or 16 km, with a duration of 1 hour and a half to 3 hours. The path is full of fauna and vegetation of the area.

To sail you do not need to have previous experience but it is assumed that you know how to swim. So bring a swimsuit and lots of sunscreen and... enjoy!
