The descent of the sella by kayak is a route that you cannot miss if you are thinking about practicing this sport in Asturias.

Starting from Cangas de Onís, Arriondas or Ribadesella, you can travel up to 14 kilometers either individually or in groups with 3 stopping options along the way. The route, Torañu, Llordón and Llovio, in order according to the course of the river taken and where you decide to finish, would last from 1h 30 minutes to 3 or 4 hours.

Previously, the instructors will explain to you how to make the descent safely and we will give you a waterproof container with a picnic and where you can take your belongings.

Finally, our canoes and kayaks with 1 to 3 seats are of the highest quality and unsinkable, which makes them very easy to handle without requiring prior experience to be able to make the descent.
