One of our favorite mountain bike routes is the one we do through the Raya dolmens. With this bike route we will undertake an excursion along the trails that lead to the aceña de la Borrega dolmens, in Valencia de Alcántara. Pedaling at our own pace we will get to know the area with the most prehistoric constructions of this type in all of Europe and we will see its 5 dolmens while we learn about their origins through games.

In this activity, the specialized monitors of adventurex have as its main task that of starting the client in the practice of this sport, giving them basic notions of archery and organizing different individual and collective competitive games.
In Aventurex different activities and initiation games are carried out to this sport. At the beginning of the activity we make an introduction explaining theoretical and safety aspects to then carry out an oriented practice in which the monitors help and correct customers to improve their arc management. Summary Kayaking
With Aventurex, the kayak, in addition to helping you learn about a new sport, allows you to enter protected places belonging to the riverbed Slash.
For our kayak routes we have chosen places included in the first International Natural Park in Europe. It is a space that has also been classified as Biosphere Reserve for meeting the requirements demanded by UNESCO in terms of conservation.
We will navigate through a restricted area within the Tajo International Natural Park, where we will be able to enjoy a very well-preserved and rich landscape, with a great diversity of fauna and flora.
The route will be made from the Herrera de Alcántara pier, round trip, adapting it to the characteristics of the group in distance and pace.
We will begin the itinerary before accessing the pier with some theoretical instructions on the use of the paddle that each of us will carry in the kayak. We will also spend a few minutes putting on our life jackets and determining how we are going to distribute ourselves on the boats.
Once in the kayak we will walk through a restricted area that allows its landscapes to be in an excellent state of conservation. The natural wealth of this riverbank in terms of natural and plant species can be appreciated from the first moment. We can see black storks, the last of their species because they are in danger of extinction.
