• Know how to ride a bicycle well: the routes are somewhat long so it is necessary that you know how to move well with the bicycle so that you can do the activity without having any type of problem. You will also have to handle it well due to the winding roads that you will find on your way and where you will have to avoid potholes and jumps.

• Mandatory use of a helmet: it is an essential requirement. If you do not have your own helmet, we will provide you with one but no one can do this activity without wearing a helmet.

Although the roads may be difficult, you can do this activity with your family. You just have to let us know beforehand and we will try to find a route adapted to all audiences.
