Deal overview
One of our expert guides will take you down to Summerleaze Beach, either in the morning or the afternoon, where you’ll spend 2.5 hours learning surfing techniques and putting them into practice on the waves. Because this is a private session, you’ll have personalised instruction and can work on the things that you want to improve.
Have the instructor all to yourself, in a one to one session, or share the fun with your friends or family as a group of up to 6 people. Anyone over the age of 8 can join the group, but, if it’s a one to one class, even 5 year olds can have a go!
The session includes all the equipment necessary for cold water surfing, and it will make you forget about the chill in the air and allow you to focus on the surf. Of course, the surfboards are included too.

We run these sessions on any day that suits from March to August, in the morning or the afternoon. You will have a personal instructor who knows how to provide a great experience and help you appreciate the water, get better on a surfboard and have a lot of fun.
These surfing lessons last for approximately 2.5 hours, with time on the beach to learn techniques and in the water to put your skills to the test. You’re the boss, so you choose where you spend your time! You can have a one to one session, or a group session with between 2 and 6 people.
You will be kitted out with the essentials for surfing, a board and a wetsuit when appropriate, so you only need to bring a swimsuit and a towel. The meeting point is right above the sand at Summerleaze Beach.
Surfers of all abilities are welcome, and children as young as 8 years old can join group sessions, or 5 years old if it’s a one to one class!
