With over 20 years personal surfing experience at home and all over the world and 7 years surf coaching experience we at AberAdventures are a Surfing GB Academy status approved surf school can structure intermediate/advanced lessons or programs right up to competition level. Our lessons are structured to each surfer and involve the following:

Paddle out techniques, duck diving etc.
Positioning, take off, pop up.
Generating speed.
Core balance in manoeuvres.
Bottom and top turns.
Advanced manoeuvres, cut backs, off the tops, floaters etc.
Surf fitness.
Competition strategy and techniques.
