Program of the activity:
- In the morning: an introductory freediving course is scheduled on one of the magnificent beaches of the harbor of Villefranche-sur-Mer where you will have all the instructions on the basics of pre-ventilation. -apnea and your behavior once in the water. This will be followed by a static apnea session so that you can have your first "Apnea" moment. The goal behind these two sessions is to put into practice all the lessons received by the instructor and to understand all the stages of apnea as required.
- Then, a dynamic apnea session takes place, where you will have to swim underwater using fins. This session will allow us to put the immersion and swimming phases into practice at your own pace. Having done this, you deserve some rest. A lunch break is planned to regain your strength and at the same time debrief your body's reaction following a apnea session.
- Afternoon : Time for your in-depth freediving initiation session! You will learn during thissession to master the descent and compensate when necessary. The goal behind this session is to taste the sensations provided by apnea in depth and to know your realskills.
