We therefore present to you an offer of introduction to apnea, in theVar, a department in which summer is never boring. In Saint-Raphaël, between Cannes (45 minutes by car) and Sainte-Maxime (35 minutes by car), you will live an unforgettable experience . It will allow you to become one with the water and immerse yourself in the majestic universe of fish and all species of the seabed.
An expert and specialized instructor will accompany you upon your arrival at the agreed departure location: Saint-Aygulf, Corniche d’Or or other. The equipment you need will be provided to you by them, so that you can finally begin the briefing which will allow you to better assimilate the procedure, the precautionary instructions and the techniques basic. The instructor will talk to you about apnea and will emphasize the importance of relaxation, relaxation and breathing awarenessduring it, to have a pleasant time, far away of all daily activities.
Putting in the water is the second step. This is done simply from the coast, without the need to sail aboard a boat. You will then spend at least 1 hour inimmersion, where you will be able to discover all the species that you will have no trouble observing in their natural habitat. A magical and indelible moment that you will share with us, as well as all the participants.
Treat yourself to this introduction to freediving to break all preconceived ideas about this activity, as well as to enjoy a very relaxing and soothing moment.
Good to know:
- Children can come immerse in the waters of the Côte d'Azur with us from the age of 8, with parental consent.
- The exact location of the apnea must be defined with the monitor. Remember to contact him once your reservation is confirmed.
- It is not possible to accommodate more than 6 people in a single initiation session.
