We suggest this baptism of diving to satisfy your thirst for discovery of marine species, as well as the underwater flora. In the Mediterranean Sea, particularly in the Var department, you will explore a setting rich and dense with fish and other creatures, diversified in all the shapes and colors of the strong> Spectrum. Plus, you'll definitely come across hidden treasures and rubble.
You will be accompanied from the beginning to the end of your adventure, by a state qualified instructor, who will ensure ultimate safety, while teaching you the best techniques to do your baptism correctly. He will explain to you the usefulness of all your equipment, including the bottle, fins and mask. He will show you breathing techniques, positions to adopt, getting into the water and much more. All this will take place during thebriefingthat he will take care of giving you.
You will be received in the port of Fréjus. Upon your arrival, the equipment will be discussed and given to you. You will change in our premises, then board theboatwhich will take you to the diving spot, near the Estérel Massif. You will take a short boat ride while the instructor explains the latest details of your dive to you and answers your questions.
The time to dive arrives and you will be in the company of your instructor during the moment of launching, but also throughout your dive. A great connoisseur of the marine environment and theVar coastline, he will show you all the corners most likely to impress you and mark you for life.
You now have no more excuses not to swim and approach Mediterranean species in a free and pleasant way, while respecting their habitat, of course.
