Deal overview
We have a natural quarry of three hectares and a cavalry of horses and ponies with varied characters. We have several small ponies (the shetlands) which are particularly suitable for pony baptism for younger children. In addition, a instructor from the club will determine for you which pony best suits your child to ensure that a relationship of complicity and trust is developed.
It is therefore not only a question of an introduction to riding, but also of learning how to behave with an animal and of developing your child's sensitivity . Offering him a session with a pony will be an opportunity for him to learn the values of sharing and tolerance with equines full of love!
The activity is accessible to children aged four and over. Before starting the lesson, an instructor will make sure to brief your children on some safety rules, which he will make sure to monitor during the session. He will then introduce them to their pony and teach them how to groom it and equip itfor the lesson... This will be an opportunity to observe how a pony lives in a stableand how it behaves!
Once the ponies and children are equipped, the children will learn to ride a pony and get their first taste of horse riding! Throughout the session, children will be accompanied by the instructor, and parents who wish can also attend the class and hold their child's hand while they ride a pony.
