Taking place over 3 days, this course can support up to 4 apprentices maximum per instructor in order to make learning easier and more beneficial.

How does the discovery apnea course take place?

As stated above, the ultimate goal of this course is to provide you with all the information necessary for comfortable freediving up to 20 m depth. However, this depth remains a secondary objective since we seek above all to help you understand the process as well as thekeys to apnea.

To do this, after the internship, it is recommended to work individually on your level, develop your skills and accumulate as much experience as possible following the lessons received.
