It's time to try the freediving discovery course taking place on one of the most visited sites in France!
Indeed, just a few minutes from Niceis the Villefranche-sur-Mer harbor, bordered by both Cap Ferrat and Cap de Nice, in one of the most spectacular places in PACA.
Accessible to everyone from 12 years old, and whatever your level, this activity is the first essential step to getting used to the underwater world and to knowing more fully the basics of apnea.
Taking place over 3 days, this course can support up to 4 apprentices maximum per instructor in order to make learning easier and more beneficial.
How does the discovery apnea course take place?
As stated above, the ultimate goal of this course is to provide you with all the information necessary for comfortable freediving up to 20 m depth. However, this depth remains a secondary objective since we seek above all to help you understand the process as well as thekeys to apnea.
To do this, after the internship, it is recommended to work individually on your level, develop your skills and accumulate as much experience as possible following the lessons received.
In order to guarantee you complete and total learning, various subjects will be addressed (in the form of problems) during this internship:
- ventilationto adopt pre-apnea
- The signals indicating the end of apnea
- The best way to last longer in freediving
- optimization techniques to reach depths of up to 20 m

When your activity starts and finishes
Generally, the internship schedule is scheduled as follows:
- 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
