It is a freediving perfection course, dedicated to people aged 15 and over, who already have the ability to descend independently and regularly by fin in a depth which can go up to 15 meters and which have a first level of apnea which is equivalent to Level 1 SSI. The latter will allow you to perfect your level and improve your skills, if you want to go further and evolve as a freediver.
The ultimate goal of this course, which extends over 3 days, or 6 half-days, is to allow you to progress in freediving in a depth of up to 30 meters >, in a comfortable way and having all the necessary techniques to do it well and without any risk.
Thus, a professional instructor and state-certified diver will help you control your freediving effort effectively, achieving the Frenzel maneuver in compensation, know the means of preparing the body before apnea, the precautionary actions to opt for as well as the different stages of apnea in depth.
Not only will you learn the practical side, but also the theoretical, through a digital theoretical kit, which will help you better understand the changes in the body during dives strong> and to better assimilate everything that the instructors teach you. This kit is part of the offer and does not incur additional costs. You can use it before yourtraining dives. You will be able to do these in Nice, in designated diving sites in theharbour of Villefranche-sur-Mer.
