Enjoy family time and bond with your little ones by joining our SUP taster sessions. They are the perfect plan to get out of the norm and spend some time in nature as you boost your body and mind by acquiring paddling techniques.

Our sessions take place at Wargrove, a little and stunning stretch of river with multiple areas to explore. Don't worry if you don't have paddling skills. That's the reason you're joining us for! We will help you boost your confidence as you acquire SUP abilities. You'll be under the supervision and coaching of our experienced instructors. They will teach you the essential techniques of SUP to enjoy your session at its finest.

We supply all the equipment, including a floatation device and a leash that comes with the board. We suggest covering your legs and feet with plasters and wearing comfortable footwear. It's an open session, enabling you to meet like-minded people. Our instructors guarantee a top-tier experience and a safe environment.

We welcome children between 9-17 years old. They must be able to swim and have adult company during the session. Our SUP taster is 60 minutes long, but we guarantee a lifetime experience!
