The day you carry out the activity you must go to the Ermita de la Vera Cruz in the Linares del Arroyo Reservoir, here you will be provided with the necessary material to carry out the baptism of SUP.

Before getting into the water, a short briefing will be given where the basic notions will be explained. Afterwards, the instructor will accompany you at all times to be able to carry out the activity safely, giving you the appropriate advice. In this way, you will notice a surprising evolution in record time on the SUP board.
