Paddle surfing consists of sliding standing up through the water with the help of a board and a paddle. It is a very interactive and simple activity, you will quickly get the hang of it.
If you don't have equipment for the activity, don't worry because we will provide it to you. We will give you a life jacket for your safety along with a board, a wetsuit and a paddle.
The SUP journey will begin on the water of the Ría Tina Menor in which you will be guided by a qualified expert instructor. You will enter the incredible forest that surrounds us, where you will see the fauna and its calm waters until you reach the sea. In addition, we are the only company in the area that gives SUP classes, which makes it a unique and exclusive activity on the Island.
The route is adapted to all types of levels and ages from 7 years old.
We recommend that before making this journey you take an introductory level course to get the hang of the material and then be able to learn more while enjoying this unique journey.
