The event takes place in the well-known San Juan Reservoir, a place with calm waters perfect for enjoying a fun and very complete activity in terms of exercise, making it perfect for spending a day away from the city

Before leaving, the instructor will give you a series of guidelines that will help you advance on the board and with a correct paddle. It does not have a high degree of difficulty, in fact, it is well recommended for children up to 5 years old but always, everyone who participates in the expedition must know how to swim.

We will spend about 2 hours advancing on the stand up paddle boards, following the expert and letting ourselves be carried away by the natural enclave that surrounds this area of southwestern Madrid. For some reason it is one of the favorite destinations to disconnect from everyone who lives in the area.
