As we said before, stand up paddle boarding is a sport that consists of getting on a board and surfing standing up, while pushing yourself with a paddle. It is a type of surfing that was born in Hawaii and that allows you to experience the river in a totally different and special way.
You can come with friends and family and organize a different day starting from Ferentillo. Everyone will have their own board and will receive a briefing with all the techniques to start this sport.
The rules will be established by an experienced specialist who will take care of all the details of the adventure so that everything is perfect. He will also provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a paddle, a board, a helmet, a vest and a neoprene wetsuit
This adventure is designed for people of all ages, from 5 years old and up. No experience is required, although we believe it is important to underline that the difficulty level is medium.

The time of the SUP adventure will be determined by the center based on the availability of that day and the weather conditions.
