This activity consists of standing on a board similar to that of surfing but larger, and moving using special oars, all provided by the professional staff who will be at your disposal throughout the stand up paddle activity to guarantee professionalism and safety.
By reserving this SUP activity online, you have the opportunity to have an individual lesson or in a group of up to 3 people, for approximately 1 hour.
You will learn the basics of stand up paddling, to then be able to practice it on your own, simply by renting the equipment that we make available to you.
This sport allows you to do a complete workout of your body thanks to the muscular strength you need to maintain balance.
