MMadlin SchüleReviewed the 30/08/22We had booked a horseback ride through a third party provider. The more specific details should be clarified directly with the organizer.
By phone we could not reach anyone despite several attempts; by WhatsApp we got an answer only after three days. Only the time when we should be at the location was communicated, our other questions remained unanswered.
When we arrived, we were told that the tour had already started.
The communicated information from the WhatsApp message was therefore wrong! When explaining the situation, we encountered complete lack of understanding.
Instead, it was talked bad in Italian about us, assuming we don't understand the language.
At the end, we were able to achieve that they at least gave us the money back.
Absolutely not recommended! -
