SUP yoga is an amazing combination of paddleboarding and yoga. Essentially, the board becomes a yoga mat and the beautiful natural surroundings are the classroom!

Semerwater, a lake in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, is the perfect SUP yoga studio. We can run these sessions at other locations in Yorkshire and Cumbria, just ask!

This 3-hour session is designed for yoga groups with a teacher. We will facilitate everyone getting onto the water and comfortable on the boards, then it’s over to the teacher to lead the yoga poses.

We will provide boards to every participant and safety equipment so that losing balance isn’t a problem. Our goal is to allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake and the focus that comes with practising yoga on a paddleboard.
