You’ve probably heard of paddleboarding, the watersport that’s taking the UK by storm. And for good reason - this sport is a low-impact, full-body workout and a fantastic way to take your mind off things and enjoy nature, especially when you do it somewhere like the Blue Lagoon outside Womersley, North Yorkshire.
Join us at the lakeside to start your 1.5-hour SUP session. We’ll familiarise you with the SUP equipment and techniques and take you on a tour of the lake.
Beginners are welcome to join this session, as are experienced paddlers, because one of our expert instructors will lead the session. They'll help you master the SUP and guide you across the water.
We supply large, inflatable paddleboards which are the most accessible type on the market. We’ll give you a wetsuit and life jacket too to help you focus on the fun. Please bring a swimsuit and a pair of trainers to wear during the session.
It’s our favourite way to enjoy the lake and we know you’ll love it too!
