We will take you to explore the rugged coastline of Carlingford Lough, where for one hour, you'll be floating and catching glimpses of the friendly seals and other wildlife you can encounter. We promise a rewarding session.
Our stand-up paddleboarding sessions are suitable for groups (minimum of four participants) and people 10+yrs old and upwards can be part of it. Don't be afraid to join us if you are a complete beginner. We will cater our SUP adventure to your needs and preferences.
Your paddleboarding session includes a professional instructor, safety briefing, and equipment (paddleboards, wetsuits, buoyancy aid, insurance and first aid cover). We also include pictures for you to remember this adventure forever.
We advise you to bring medication (if needed), an extra change of clothing and spare shoes for the water.

Introduction to SUP at Carlingford Lough for 2h
Deal overview
Be part of our paddleboarding expeditions and explore the coastline of Carlingford Lough. Our primary spot for SUP sessions is Cranfield Beach. However, we have other venues available such as Greencastle Beach or Cranfield East (beaches are weather dependent). You don't need to be an expert with paddling. We will ensure you get the confidence in no time.
Your SUP session will start with a quick safety briefing and demonstration. Our team will provide all the equipment including paddleboards, wetsuits, buoyancy aid, insurance, first aid cover and digital pictures! You will remember this moment forever. Please bring with you medication (if needed), a towel, an extra change of clothing and spare shoes for the water.
The minimum age we require to participate is ten years old. Our paddleboarding adventures are suitable for groups (minimum of four participants), meaning you are more than welcome to join us with your group of friends and family. Please allow two hours of your day to enjoy this session without a rush!
