We can run our SUP sessions for people of all abilities. It doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or a more experienced paddler, our session will meet your needs and interests. We will start your session with a quick safety briefing and warm-up. Then you'll explore the River Thames, a beautiful area with natural habitat.

Our instructor will provide all the equipment, including boards, paddles, leashes and buoyancy aids. Once you are ready, it will be time to go to the river. Please know that the distance we cover will depend on your abilities and the conditions of the river. We require you to sign a safety waiver form previous to your session. Don't worry, we will email it to you.

Even though you don't need to be an expert to paddle with us, we require that you can swim in a confident way to book. This session is suitable for groups of 2-8 people over 18 years old. Please save 1.5 hours of your day to enjoy it!
