Don't be afraid to join us if you are a complete beginner. Our one-to-one SUP sessions are suitable for novices. You will start with a quick safety session and warm-up. You'll be under the guidance of a professional instructor who will tailor the session to your needs and interests. It's a delightful way to disconnect from reality for a while.
We provide all the equipment, including the board, paddle and buoyancy aid. Once you get familiar with the basic SUP techniques, it will be time to put them to the test. For one hour, you'll explor the River Thames and its surroundings. The sound of the water and nature will add a magical touch to your session.
Please be aware our private sessions are suitable just for one person. That means you'll have all the attention of your coach. The minimum age to book this session is 18 years old. It's a once-in-a-lifetime adventure you cannot miss.
