We are calling all adults over 18 to pick up a paddle and learn to find your balance for 90 exciting minutes.
Travel with one of our experienced guides through the heart of Limerick City along the river banks from the Hunt Museum to King John's Castle, where the fun can begin.
Before you can let loose with this traditional Hawaiian sport and see Limerick in a whole new special light, the expert guide leading you will deliver a safety briefing and then ensure you get all the safety equipment you need which includes the paddle and board, of course, but also a helmet, life jacket and wetsuit.
SUP is a fun way to work out, so much so that it won't feel as exhausting with so many beautiful sights to spot and exciting skills to learn; the rewards of perfecting the basics and gaining confidence will make it worth it.
