SUP is a complete sport since it requires both balance and muscle strength! In other words, you'll exercise your whole body while having lots of fun on the water!
Our sessions are one-and-a-half hours long and suitable for total beginners. Join us at Dwarwick Pier, where we will teach you some basic techniques of the sport before getting in the water. Then, we will carry out what we learnt on the water and have a fantastic time on a paddleboard!
The minimum age to join the sessions is 12 and adults must monitor any kid younger than 18. Please note that there needs to be a minimum of 3 people for classes to happen.
