This 1:2 SUP lesson is private, so you will receive more professional instructions and have the opportunity to learn at your own pace while still enjoying the fun aspect of a normal session paddling alongside a friend or family member.
West Cork has many natural attractions to experience, and paddle boarding gives you a unique way to do this and tour the area. Paddling can be a positive activity for you in a variety of ways. It can be anything from relaxing escape from life's stresses to a fun way to exercise the whole body.
No experience is required for this session, but after learning and practising with one of our fully qualified instructors, you will have a firm grasp of the fundamental skills and feel prepared to take on future SUP adventures.
We deliver a safety briefing to prepare you properly for the activity, and we supply all the equipment for the lesson, which includes a top-class paddle board, paddle and buoyancy aid.
