Stand-up paddleboarding is a rewarding sport that delivers a sense of freedom. We cannot explain all the details and feelings you get when you paddle in the water, enjoying the environment. To find it out for yourself, you can have a private SUP session, completely tailored to your needs.

We run our SUP lessons in Donaghadee, Millisle, Downpatrick or Strangford Lough's breathtaking areas of Northern Ireland. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a more advanced paddler, because a qualified and professional CANI instructor will supervise and guide your session, suiting every detail to your preferences.

Our staff supplies boards, paddles, buoyancy aid and wetsuits to have fun at its finest. For one hour, you'll be practising the basics of SUP, acquiring confidence in the water, such as balance, how to hold the paddle, move around the area, and more.

You can bring your equipment if you desire. We will try our best to reach a personal level in every aspect, guaranteeing a top-tier experience.
