Coasteering combines different types of cardiovascular activity, including a warm-up stroll to your starting spot and a full-body workout of climbing over rocks and splashing in the waves. Your heart rate will also increase due to the adrenaline rush of jumping into the water!
Whether an adult or a child, this one's for you! The minimum age for participants is 5 years old, and those under 12s must have a parent/guardian on-site for guidance. The minimum booking per session is 4 people. The more, the merrier!
Organize a getaway for your friends, family, colleagues, or loved ones! We have professional instructors to guide you and provide you with a safety briefing. Also, all equipment is included (C-Skins wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet, and shorts).
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid delays. Wear appropriate swimming clothing and water footwear. You must also bring a towel, shorts, extra clothing (to change into afterwards), and sunscreen to protect your skin!
