Deal overview
This exhilarating outdoor experience will have you and your group swimming through sea caves, traversing rugged cliffs and diving into the water from dizzying heights. As this is a challenging activity, it’s designed for those who have previously experienced the wet and wild adventure of coasteering in Cornwall or elsewhere. In addition, all participants must be over 8 years old.
The challenge lasts for 3 hours, and will take you on a journey along the Gazzle Peninsula which juts out into the sea outside Newquay. There are smugglers’ caves to explore, pirate coves to discover, and all kinds of amphibious obstacles to navigate.
The great thing about coasteering is that you don’t need to rely on specialist equipment, even when you take it to the highest levels. Just bring a swimsuit, a pair of old trainers, and a towel, and - once you’ve been given a helmet, a wetsuit and buoyancy aid by your guide - you’re ready to go! There are lock boxes available at the meeting point, so you can leave your valuables in a safe place.
