We highly advise that you bring a towel, a swimming costume and a pair of old trainers. You will have a 2.5-hour coasteering expedition.
All instructors are qualified lifeguards with abundant experience and knowledge, so safety is always on their minds. That doesn't mean the fun isn't high on the agenda because it is almost guaranteed. Regardless of your background or confidence, you will have the adventure to remember and be thankful you came.
