What will you learn in this activity?We are going to teach you how to progress safely and how to ensure yourself during the journey. In addition, you will learn how to set up meetings quickly and safely. You will also acquire rappelling skills using theDuford knot which will allow you to progress quickly in alpine terrain.

For this outing you will need to have a certain physical condition. Don't worry about the material, we will provide it to you.
