Are you in vigo or in Gondomar? Well prepare your mountain boots to come to Monte Galiñeiro to practice a few hours of climbing in group. Of easy-medium level , climbing the walls of Mount Galiñeiro is possible with us and for people of all ages ( from the age of 12 ).

Being a low level, you don't have to try the climb before, but surely after this adventure you will repeat it again. In this Pontevedrés you will strengthen arms and legs to climb the natural rocks overlooking a good part of the Miñor Valley region.

Security is total thanks to the harness and strings , with which you can also take a break hanging if in the ascent you feel that tiredness seizes you.

The point of remaining is the picker of the mountain, and from here we begin the adventure that will take us between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the number of people (which has to be a minimum of 4) and the rise speed. If your group does not reach 4 people we can incorporate another who already exceeds the minimum number to get ahead.

You should wear sports or mountain boots, in addition to comfortable clothes, to climb without problems through the walls of Mount Galiñeiro.

The route consists of 2 areas of action , one of the initiation level and another of the average level, to contrast the difference of difficulty between one level and another.
