Canoe descent in Bierzo 2 hours

In the region of El Bierzo you have a great family plan, a canoe descent through the waters of the Sil River. Easily navigable, you will descend following an expert instructor who will take you to see the beautiful views that make up this beautiful area of León in a descent of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You can come alone or accompanied, that will depend on you, because we give you the possibility to choose between two types of canoe: individual or double. Although there are sports that are better alone, in this case we recommend sharing the experience with your children. They will enjoy it as much as you do!

The crossing will take place between rapids and simple waterfalls in which you will follow the instructor. This will equip you with a paddle, vest and helmet. You must come with a swimsuit and spare shoes that can get wet and break.

And the river through which we will move is the main tributary of the famous Miño River and, in addition, it has a larger and longer flow than it.

At all times you will be equipped with the material that we will give you at the beginning of the adventure: helmet and safety vest and neoprene, if the weather conditions require it. We give you the option of choosing a single or double canoe, to share with another person. In addition, we assure you that these boats are very stable and safe and are manufactured with seat backrests, so that the spine does not suffer during the ride.
