Whether you have experience or if you are a novice, you will learn something new about canoeing, always adapted to your level, being able to do sections such as:
- Las Rozas – Arriondas: This is a section of the descent of the Sella by canoe that is 4 kilometers long. Ideal for those who want a short walk to enjoy the surroundings and this sport in a more enjoyable way.
- Las Rozas – Toraño: This route is 12 kilometers long and is one of the most completed. Our destination will be the Toraño bridge and it will take approximately 4 hours.

Las Rozas – Llovio: Here we are talking about doing the Sella section for the bravest. 19 kilometers ahead and the possibility of facing the most fun challenges of the entire river.
