Do you want an adventure session in León? You can come with your group to the Sil River and take an extensive canoe tour along its bed. Do you dare with this challenge?

The long section of the Sil is an exciting descent with stretches of amazing whitewater, but calm, because it is still suitable for everyone. Of course, you will need to know how to swim and be in good physical condition, since it will be several hours in the water.

You can bring your children, but if they are under 10 years old they must always go with adults. If you are interested, you can look for the short section option.

This descent begins at the height of Requejo and ends in Cobas del Sil. In total, including travel, it will be about 4 hours of adventure.

Bring your swimwear, sports shoes to soak in, a change of clothes, and a towel.A picnic is included after the route.
